- 50% to secure the reservations, the balance is due prior to arrival. Security deposit refundable after departure, unless there is damage or theft. We have completely remodeled our home and use it January, February, March and April we expect renters to respect our property and take care of it as we would. renters must submit renter application to our HOA upon our acceptance of our rental agreement.
