The kitchen is a cook’s dream–meticulously appointed with commercial cookware and speciality items like a double air fryer and French press coffee pot. A day at the beach is a breeze with the provided beach wagon, umbrella, coolers, toys, and chairs. You are right around the corner from awesome restaurants and grocers, convenience stores, and only 3 miles to Siesta Key.

Unique Benefits
A custom-built home built in 2019 so everything feels brand new. It has a state-of-the-art, air purification system and high efficiency heating and cooling system. The tiles on the lanai have sea shells from Lido Beach baked into them, and these help keep the tiles cool in the Summer when it gets really hot. Super cool feature.
Why Kids Love It
I designed this house to be a kids’ paradise! The kids’ bedroom is an under-the-sea theme with a unique wall mural above the two twin beds. In the closet you will find little people robes. Who doesn’t want to feel like a mini king and queen on vacation? Add on kids dishes and silverware so they feel like they have a seat at the table. Plus, all the beach toys and pool toys they could ever want (including super soakers to aim at Mom and Dad!)
