Situated in the quiet and welcoming neighborhood of Palm Island, the heart of Siesta Key. This beautifully private bungalow sits back from the street and is set in gorgeously secluded tropical gardens. The fabulous surprise of a two-story massive flagstone lanai is awaiting behind the zen gate. This home is comfortable and is made for entertaining from its open floor plan in the main living area to the outside summer kitchen and dining area under the covered porch with leads onto the lanai.

The master bedroom has a walk-in California closet for ample storage. The second bedroom has a custom home office with a built-in desk, storage, filing, closet, and a full-sized murphy bed for your guests. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and pantry with plenty of storage. The powder room is located off of the kitchen.

This property has all the amenities; new HVAC, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven with stovetop, tub/shower, tile throughout, and ceiling fans. Renovated with a new kitchen in January 2016.

The home is very secluded from the street. It feels like you’re entering a tropical wonderland. The screened in lanai is especially unique to this home because it is so so big and spacious with gorgeous stone floors. It adds an amazing amount of living space.

Why Kids Love It

Its a quiet neighborhood so its safe for walking and bike riding. Its super close to the beach. It has an outdoor shower which is especially nice when bringing the little ones home from the beach. Kids love the massive lanai to play in bug free!

There is a fabulous playground for kids at the main beach. Its new and sand-themed.
