Lovely 2 bedroom condo located just 2 miles from Siesta Key Beach Access #11 and less than 1 mile from spectacular Crescent Beach access #12 in Siesta Key Village. Only a half mile away are several local shops that rent bikes, scooters, kayaks… all the beachy things!

This 2 story condo offers 1 King and 1 Queen bed, both located upstairs with a full bathroom, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa on the main floor where you will find a half bath. There is a dinning space for up to 5, a couch and chair in the living room and outdoor patio seating. Plenty of space and opportunity for rest and relaxation before you even leave the condo.
Enjoy access to a heated community pool just steps outside the patio door and beach essentials such as lawn chairs and life jackets. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Walking distance to the beach. We provide many beach essentials and a cart for easily carrying them on your walk or drive. Heated community pool and outside shower in case you want to stay on the property but enjoy some swimming or sunbathing.
We have 2 designated parking spots

Three days before your reservation you’ll receive your check-in instructions and door code along with our DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK that will have all the information you’ll need for your time here. You will check yourself in using our SmartLocks and keyless entry.

You will have the entire condo to yourself. You can reach us by phone or text if you need anything or have any questions.
***When booking this property, you will be required to fill out a Condo Association Agreement which includes providing email addresses of all travelers over 18 and SSN’s of all travelers. The SSN’s will be used to do a background check. This is a little unconventional, but this particular COA is very protective of their community and residents and wants to be sure and provide a safe environment for everyone.
