The home is meticulously furnished with 1 King Size bed in the master, a Queen size bed in the guest room and a sectional pull out queen sofa. The unit boasts 3 LCD screens, (1 in each bedroom) full cable, wireless internet, 2 balconies and in suite washer and dryers. The condo is supplied with a fully stocked pantry with all the necessary basic stables to get you started enjoying home cooked meals and which are free for the quest to use. Please use the Fry’s grocery and gas discount card to enjoy saving on groceries and gas during your stay in Phoenix.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 175.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For a “Long Term Stay”, the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.

Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge.

PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due immediately.

Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
