Minutes to all of the best restaurants and boutique shopping Sarasota has to offer. The Legacy Trail is 1/10 of a mile from the house (you can walk to the entrance), Publix is 3 minutes around the corner and the beautiful Bayfront Park is also just a few minutes for fabulous sunsets, walks, tiki bar and Marina Jack’s.
