Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our highest rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space. We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for longer stays may have their mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. All of our rentals offer extras such as stereo surround sound, landline telephone service w/voice mail, caller ID and unlimited long distance calls to Canada and within the U.S., as well as full-service check-in with a representative to greet you on site and tend to any needs that may arise. All feature free WiFi and landlines which enable resort gate entry via intercom.

Nestled in its own private corner of our resort community, this lower level, 1100 sq. Ft. 2 bed/2 bath unit is one of our most requested and sleeps up to 4 total in one king and one queen bed. There are three TV’s, with a 46′ flat screen featuring full 1080i HD service and onscreen Internet access (great for browsing the Web or accessing your Netflix account) in the living room, along w/5.1 surround sound theater system for a theater-like HD viewing experience or even playing your own music via your device over Bluetooth. The living room is done up in striking charcoal & gray contrast, while the guest bedroom features a soothing sage green breezy resort motif, and the master a deeper navy & tan lodge look w/brand new furniture.

The double balcony patio is one of the most private at the resort, offering desert sky vistas with a mountain backdrop enhanced by towering palm trees and those breathtaking Arizona sunsets, and features full dining and lounging options, with both living room and master bedroom access.

The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool areas each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365, and those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve with numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base w/easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Hosting a function/party is not allowed.
Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
Fee of 100.00 USD for stays that are 4 to 31 nights in duration.Fee of 150.00 USD for stays of 32 or more nights.

One-time fee of 75.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. (Charged per cleaning.)

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.

Security or Damage Deposit
