Welcome to Peace River House. Located 8 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport and I75. We reside in a quiet neighborhood in which the Peace River is across the street and the Darst Boat Ramp is around the corner. The villa has it’s own private entrance, patio, and access to the grilling area. It is a two story building with steps leading to the upstairs bedroom and large bathroom. We provide all essentials from lip balm to a bottle of wine. As on-site owners, we are here to answer any questions and help with special requests. We have 4 friendly Boston terriers . (or should i say, they have us).

Downtown Punta Gorda is 3 miles away. This is a gem of town and was restored and revived after Hurricane Charley. It’s a quaint little town built on Charlotte Harbor. Fast becoming a dining and event destination, the Saturday’s Farmers Market is rated one of the best in SW Florida. The bicycle trails around the harbor and the historic district are part of a much larger set of trails throughout Florida. Free bicycle rentals are available at Fisherman’s Village. Sit at one of the “Village’s restaurants and enjoy the water views and live music. Captain Alan Williams is available for fishing charters and nature tours on the Peace River. Unique Benefits

We love it here! The main house has a large front porch where we like to enjoy coffee in the morning or sit out and watch the red headed woodpeckers on the traveler palms in the front yard. We are on about 1 acre of land. Our dogs have their own dog park. Lots of wild life to see…Ospreys, Eagles, Egrets, and sometimes a gator across the street.
If you have a fishing rod, you can cast it, and most likely hook a snook, or trout. We can see the stars at night and the moon glowing through the pines.
